Programs of functional/dynamic strength and conditioning workouts for the “regular” athlete. Useful for all experience levels in fitness, these programs are intended for “regular people” to reach their maximum athletic potential within the gym. With these programs you will receive a new phase of workouts every 4 weeks, which will consist of 3 IN GYM WORKOUTS and 2 OUTDOOR WORKOUTS per phase. These programs are best suited for those looking to make a change within their fitness routine or athletes looking to further their athletic capabilities.

Working together in person, we will build a friendship in the gym as we cover both fundamental and complex techniques and also cover specific areas of concern to best achieve our goals / reach your bodies athletic potential!
